Hej Hej! Updates from Sweden

Hello!!!

After such a long time tryign to get my internet.. i've finally succeeded.. i was blue.. but now that there's internet.. heh heh everything is Bara Bra! (very good)

Lemme just cut short the boring details of how i got to Lund.. how i checked in my stuff.. how i got my housing etc.

Exciting/Interesting Happenings:

1. Weicheng got stung by a bee on the first day we arrived. Ever since i've been trying to siam bees. Its amazing how many bees there are! They are like flies mans.

2. Everyone cycles here. Jay cyklar.

3. Steph has lots of used condom wrappers ( left behindby the previous tenant) in her room. Even a Durex Heating gel. I know its cold here but not that extreme?

4. Our housing is half an hour walk away from school. We have yet to get a bike cause its S$200 for some rusty cheapo looking one. Might as well get some exercise.

5. We're all taking Swedish Language lessons now. Its worse than SMU classes man! 3.5hrs speaking unknown weirdo lang when everyone in the class seems to understand it! Damn shag.

6. Tomorrow we'll get heading down to Malmo (nearby town). There's some festival going on and we'll pop by IKEA to get some room stuff. My room is terribly underdressed.

Anyway just wanna thank those who came down especially to send me off! And of coz those Friendddssss of mine! I really do miss home initially.. but now everything is settled so its not so much of a problem already. My room was in a mess when i first moved in. Well i had no blankets, pillows, lightbulbs ( weird huh?), my adaptor couldnt work, no internet, no phone line, my ICC card cant work on normal payphones... Damn irritating. But well i manage to borrow some and buy some and now, internet!

Ok thats a very short summary of what happened for the past 3 days. The weather here is inconsistent: can be very sunny and warm, something windy and rainy. Yesterday i had to wear 2 layers, today i walked around in my tank top. Lund is also a very pretty Town with ancient buidlings. u'll see more of that later.
