A trip to Helsingborg
Helsingborg is about half an hour away from Lund. Its the nearest point to Denmark (opposite Denmark's Helsingor) and supposed to have been through loads of destruction when Denmark used to attack Sweden. They always attacked Helsingborg since its the nearest anyway.
Its really a bad time to go to Helsingborg today. All of us are still tired from yesterday's walking and the skies are all dark and gloomy. Well what to do when you've already spent 100 SEK on transportation? Tahan lor.
We visited the only 16th/17th (forgot when) Tower left (the rest of it was torned down) and it gave us a magnificient view of the city and we could even see part of Helsingor. We also visited the nearby church and got to witness a baby being baptised. We went on (took a bus) to this open-air museum called Fredriksdals. They had flower gardens, farmlands (pigs, chickens, horses, cows... like a zoo u know?) and it costed us 50 SEK to get in there! Well it was pretty worth it though.
The day ended with us strolling along the Helsingborg harbour...
